Wren House Nursery School provides a safe, happy, and caring environment for children aged 1-5 years. Our location in the heart of Old Town, Eastbourne, allows great connections with the local primary schools and the wider community. We have several playrooms and an outdoor garden allowing plenty of room for little ones to grow and explore.

Our aim is to provide a secure and stimulating environment, where every child find joy in their learning journey. Our focus is on learning through play, enabling children to thrive and develop alongside our topics, books and activities.

We offer both full and sessional day care, supervised by our team of experienced and qualified staff.

 We are passionate about providing a broad and balanced approach that meets the children’s social, emotional, physical, moral, spiritual, and cultural development.

We understand that children learn best when they have secure attachments with caregivers, form positive relationships and are absorbed, interested, and actively motivated.

We believe that Early Years education should be as practical as possible, underpinning our underlying ethos of, ‘Learning Through Play’. We aim to equip children with a love of learning and a natural curiosity. Play is essential for children’s development across all curriculum areas, building upon children's confidence as they learn to explore, relate to others around them and develop relationships.
